SHIPPING: Pay by PayPal or credit card via website checkout only ----- PICK UP: Online orders may be paid in-person at time of pick up by cash, debit, or credit card. No need to checkout prior, unless you wish to pre-pay for your order by PayPal. ----- PAYMENT DEADLINE: All items must be paid and shipped/picked up within a maximum of 25 days from the purchase date. This generous time allowance gives our valued customers extra time to keep shopping and ship or pick up multiple items at the same time. Items not paid within this time frame will be cancelled and re-listed. Unpaid items may lead to bidding restrictions or account closure.
Description

We've gone above and beyond public heath guidelines to protect the health and safety of our employees and customers:

  • 6' height full plastic barriers on 3 sides have been installed at each counter
  • Occupancy limits maintained, you may be asked to wait outside
  • Customers are asked to keep a minimum physical distance of 6 feet apart at all times
  • Masks mandatory for all employees and customers. If a customer forgets a mask then one will be made available to them free of charge
  • Sanitizer provided for customers at entrance
  • Common touch points such as keypads, door handles, counters disinfected regularly 
  • Daily employee symptom screening
  • Please do NOT come if you are feeling ill (even mild) or have traveled within the last 14 days

 

IN-STORE RETAIL

  • In-store retail floor area has expanded with more space to shop safely 
  • Some racking has been removed to create more space for distancing

 

PICK UPS

  • You have the option to wait in your car and we'll text you when the order is ready
  • Curbside pick up available upon request. Call us when you get here
  • Employees continue to sanitize gloved hands and carts at every transaction
  • Outdoor cart return area

 

RETURNS

  • Returns need prior authorization, please email customer service or give us a call
  • We are currently trying to minimize returns
  • Often an issue can be resolved without returning the product
